How do I store it once it's open?

It depends on the product, and the label says so. Jams, cooking pastes and the ajonesa sauces go in the fridge once opened. Crackers and nougat keep in a cool, dry place. Each product page carries its exact instruction.

Where do I find the ingredients, allergens and weight?

On each product page, exactly as they appear on the label: the ingredient list, the allergens, the nutrition facts and the net weight of the jar or bag. If you have any allergy, read it before you buy.

Does it contain preservatives, artificial colors or MSG?

It depends on the product, and it is written on its page. For example: the Creole sofrito is made with no preservatives, no MSG and no artificial colors; the guava and mango jams have no MSG and no artificial colors and are gluten-free; the onion confit is made with white onion, vegetable oil, salt and citric acid only. Check the description of the one you are after.

Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

Yes. We pack your order in 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 4–6 business days; express, 4–5. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout, from your address and the weight of the order.

Can food be returned?

El producto en términos de sabor es excelente pero el cuerpo , textura, me parece debe mejorar . Pienso que deben usar pectina en mayor proporción para lograr la estabilización y el cuerpo respectivo acorde con el producto . Saludos Está escribiendo alguien que participó en formulación y producción industrial de mermeladas .

Great guava taste but it's NOT jam. It's too runny or watery. Looks more like a thick guava juice. It runs off your toast or bagels like water. Not cool. Both bottles I ordered were the same. I probably received a bad batch I guess if this is supposed to be jam. I'm not too happy, thus the 3 stars.

Store owner replied: We are very sorry. Our product is in good condition, it is a less thick jam than the others on the market, it is homemade style, we focus more on having a real guava flavor and a little less sugar than other brands. When it arrives, you must store it in the refrigerator so that it cools and you will see that it thickens much more. We are very sorry that it is not what I expected. Greetings
