How do I store it once it's open?
It depends on the product, and the label says so. Jams, cooking pastes and the ajonesa sauces go in the fridge once opened. Crackers and nougat keep in a cool, dry place. Each product page carries its exact instruction.
Where do I find the ingredients, allergens and weight?
On each product page, exactly as they appear on the label: the ingredient list, the allergens, the nutrition facts and the net weight of the jar or bag. If you have any allergy, read it before you buy.
Does it contain preservatives, artificial colors or MSG?
It depends on the product, and it is written on its page. For example: the Creole sofrito is made with no preservatives, no MSG and no artificial colors; the guava and mango jams have no MSG and no artificial colors and are gluten-free; the onion confit is made with white onion, vegetable oil, salt and citric acid only. Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

Desde que probé la salsa para pasta de Pinton, nunca más he vuelto a comprar otra salsa. La uso incluso para otras recetas de cocina que no son pasta, ni tan siquiera italianas y me encanta.
